Job summary

CS WIND Portugal is seeking a motivated Human Resources Intern to join our People & Culture team for a 3‑month internship in Gafanha da Nazaré, Portugal. You will gain hands-on experience across HR areas in a large industrial setting.

The role suits candidates with ongoing or completed Bachelor's in HR/psychology, strong Excel skills, and good English. No prior experience required; motivation and willingness to learn are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/psychology or related field.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Good knowledge of English.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills, initiative and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and employee admission processes.
• Assist daily HR administrative activities and employee documentation.
• Participate in training and development processes.
• Support attendance management and HR data administration.
• Collaborate with the People & Culture team on daily activities and projects.
• Gain practical insight into HR operations within a large industrial organisation.
