Eurowind Energy A/S in Porto seeks an experienced HR Manager for Southern Europe. You will report to the Head of Southern Europe and collaborate with the global HR team to drive people initiatives across Portugal, Spain, France and Italy.

The role blends strategic HR partnering with day-to-day operations, including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, and leveraging AI to streamline processes. Expect regular travel and a focus on engagement and performance.

Qualificações

• 7+ years in an HR business partner role, international or multi-site.
• Master in HR or related field.
• Experience across operational and strategic HR activities.
• Fluent in Portuguese, French and English (written and spoken).
• No prior knowledge of Italian or Spanish; supported by local legal expertise.
• Criminal record clear.

Responsabilidades

• Act as an HR business partner to Southern Europe managers across Portugal, Spain, France and Italy.
• Drive recruitment across four countries in collaboration with hiring managers.
• Own the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, development, and offboarding.
• Leverage AI tools to automate HR tasks and improve consistency.
• Roll out global HR tools, processes and standards across the region.
• Handle HR administration with contracts and lifecycle processes.
