WinPower, S.A. is seeking an HR Recruiter in Lisbon to own end-to-end recruitment, from role profiling with hiring managers to onboarding coordination. The role involves handling multiple open processes, building pipelines for technical profiles, and supporting HR administration and international mobility.

The ideal candidate has a degree in HR, up to 2 years in recruitment, and strong Portuguese and English communication. Knowledge of Portuguese labour law is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR or related field.
• Up to 2 years of experience in recruitment/HR.
• Experience recruiting technical profiles is a plus.
• Good knowledge of Portuguese labour law and HR administrative procedures.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: defining role profiles with hiring managers, writing and publishing job ads, sourcing, CV screening, interviews and offer stages.
• Handle several open processes at the same time and keep hiring managers informed on progress.
• Build and maintain a candidate pipeline for recurring and hard-to-fill technical profiles.
• Coordinate onboarding, including documentation, contracts and first-day logistics.
• Support HR administration: employee records, contract renewals, internship programmes and related paperwork.
• Define and implement HR policies to improve employee retention and well-being.
• Support the mobility of employees on international projects, including documentation and visa processes.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Degree in Human Resources or a related field;
• Up to 2 years of experience in recruitment and/or HR;
• Experience recruiting technical profiles, such as engineers, technicians, and field teams, is a plus;
• Good knowledge of Portuguese labour law and HR administrative procedures;
• Familiarity with IEFP programmes and support measures;
• Good command of Portuguese and English, both written and spoken;
• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary and operational teams;
• Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented.
