Eurowind Energy is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our Southern Europe HR activities from Porto. You will partner with managers across Portugal, Spain, France and Italy, driving recruitment, onboarding, development and offboarding while leveraging AI to streamline processes.

You will report to the Head of Southern Europe and collaborate with the global HR team, ensuring local execution of global standards and data-driven people practices.

Qualificações

• Minimum 7 years in a similar HR business partner role, international or multi-site context.
• Master in HR or related field.
• Experience across operational to strategic HR partnering.
• Ability to work independently with local management and international HR team.
• Structured, ownership mindset, translating business needs into pragmatic HR solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Portuguese employment law; French law is a plus.
• Fluency in Portuguese, French, and English (spoken and written).
• Interest in AI and digital HR tools.
• Clean criminal record.

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager (being fluent or native in Portuguese, English AND French) to join our Southern Europe team on a permanent contract. Based at our Porto office, you will be the HR manager for our Southern Europe region — supporting colleagues and managers across offices in Portugal, Spain, France and Italy.

Your Role

You will report to the Head of Southern Europe, with a matrix reference to the Global Head of HR in Denmark, and be part of an international HR team of 10 colleagues where knowledge-sharing and sparring are part of everyday life.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Acting as a trusted HR business partner to managers across Southern Europe — providing proactive, outcome-driven advice and constructive challenge where needed
• Driving recruitment across all four countries in close collaboration with hiring managers — from defining the role and sourcing candidates to making the final hire
• Owning the full employee lifecycle across the region, including onboarding, development, and offboarding
• Leveraging AI tools to automate repetitive HR tasks and improve consistency across people processes
• Rolling out global HR tools, processes and standards across the region, ensuring strong local execution
• Handling HR administration including contracts, employee lifecycle processes and HR system management — supported by local office assistants for day-to-day operational tasks
• Supporting leadership quality and decision-making through data-driven insights and sound people practices
• Contributing to a culture of engagement, well-being and high performance
• Travelling regularly between our Southern European offices to build relationships and stay close to the business

We are looking for an experienced HR professional who thrives in an international, fast-paced environment and knows how to navigate complexity across borders.

• A minimum of 7 years of experience from a similar HR business partner role — preferably in an international or multi-site context
• A Master in HR or other related area
• Comfortable handling the full HR value chain — from operational tasks and onboarding/offboarding to strategic HR partnering
• Able to work independently while collaborating closely with local management and an international HR team
• Takes ownership, works in a structured way, and translates business needs into pragmatic HR solutions
• Strong knowledge of Portuguese employment legislation; knowledge of French employment law is an advantage. No prior knowledge of Italian or Spanish legislation is expected — you will be supported by local legal expertise when needed
• A Must: Fluency in the three languages Portuguese, French and English (written and spoken)
• Genuine curiosity about AI and digital tools in everyday HR work
• A clean criminal record is required for this role
