Overview

Recruitment Specialist – HV & Electrical is based in Lisboa, Portugal. You will support our global wind projects by ensuring the right HV & Electrical technicians are placed at the right time and place to deliver safe, compliant, and high-performance work.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and match candidates to technical project needs in collaboration with Operations and Planning teams.
• Manage job advertisements, applications, and interview coordination for high-voltage roles.
• Maintain and update an international technician database, ensuring candidate certifications and compliance are tracked.
• Build a steady pipeline of skilled HV & Electrical technicians aligned with current and future project requirements.
• Coordinate with third-party recruitment suppliers and manage candidate agreements and onboarding.
• Develop and refine sourcing strategies to improve candidate quality and speed to hire.
• Support ongoing workforce planning and forecasting alongside project planners.
• Use internal systems and digital tools for candidate tracking and reporting.
• Assist in general recruitment administration and support ad-hoc hiring needs as they arise.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in HR, recruitment, or business administration.
• Hands-on experience recruiting technical personnel in wind, energy, construction, or engineering sectors preferred.
• Strong understanding of technical job profiles and workforce requirements.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Structured and detail-oriented approach to data and candidate pipelines.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Confidence using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
• Team-oriented, proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
