CS WIND Portugal is seeking a motivated Human Resources Intern to join our People & Culture team for a 3‑month internship in Gafanha da Nazaré, Portugal. You will gain hands-on experience across HR areas in a large industrial setting.

The role suits candidates with ongoing or completed Bachelor's in HR/psychology, strong Excel skills, and good English. No prior experience required; motivation and willingness to learn are valued.

CS WIND Portugal is looking for a motivated Human Resources Intern to join our People & Culture team for a 3-month internship. This is an opportunity to gain hands‑on experience across different areas of Human Resources, working alongside an experienced team in a dynamic, large‑scale industrial environment.

We are looking for someone who is curious, proactive and eager to learn, with a genuine interest in developing a career in Human Resources.

YOUR ROLE

As a Human Resources Intern, you will have the opportunity to:

• Support employee admission and onboarding processes;
• Assist with daily HR administrative activities and employee documentation;
• Participate in training and development processes;
• Support attendance management and HR data administration;
• Collaborate with the People & Culture team on daily activities and ongoing projects;
• Gain practical insight into HR operations within a large industrial organisation.

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for candidates with:

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Human Resources Management, Organisational Psychology, Management or a related field;
• Strong interest in developing a professional career in Human Resources;
• Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel;
• Good knowledge of English;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong organisational skills, initiative and attention to detail;
• A proactive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work as part of a team.

Previous professional experience is not required. We value motivation, commitment and a genuine willingness to develop new skills.
