Job summary

Nestlé Business Solutions (NBS) is seeking a Packaging Design Project Coordinator to support the end-to-end flow of packaging-related visuals for brands. You will drive D2D projects, coordinate Brand Teams and Agencies, and manage Label Info Specifications and SAP Labelling Records.

You will work in a hybrid setup, primarily in Lisbon, with 1+ years of experience in packaging design workflows and strong English communication.

Qualifications

1+ years experience managing the graphic chain of packaging design and artwork projects.
Experience managing end-to-end packaging projects through to CGI development and label information.
Demonstrates strong visual, written, and oral communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree preferred in Design, Communications or related field.
Understanding of print production, color management an added bonus.
Experience with digital workflows, DAM, and document management.
Understanding of digital file formats for packaging design assets.
High level of written and spoken English; other languages an asset.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end D2D project management for packaging design on behalf of Marketing Leaders.
Coordinate Brand Teams, Agency Partners, and IMS Design Services to align deliverables and timings.
Orchestrate collection of references, inputs and key information via the D2D Workflow for Right First Time outputs.
Manage Label Info Specification and SAP Labelling Records for assigned brands.
Maintain D2D and Label Info templates to ease project execution.
Escalate direction contravening brand guidance to the Brand Design Lead.
