Job summary

Nestlé Business Solutions (NBS) in Portugal is seeking a Marketing Operations Coordinator to act as the operational interface between MS partners and service teams, handling end-to-end brief intake and delivery orchestration.

You will be the single point of contact for MS, coordinating cross-service requests, planning milestones, budgets, and approvals, while ensuring timely, quality outcomes across marketing channels.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating cross-service marketing projects.
• Ability to manage end-to-end project lifecycles.
• Strong stakeholder communication and alignment.
• Knowledge of digital marketing processes, channels and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-service briefs with partners and MS teams.
• Develop project plans with goals, scope, timeline and budget.
• Manage lifecycle of projects from planning to final delivery.
• Obtain approvals and adjust plans based on feasibility.
• Provide status updates and manage risks.
• Collaborate with markets on top-down projects.
