Job summary

Nestlé Business Solutions (NBS) is seeking a Campaign Deployment Specialist to ensure high-quality customer experiences by deploying Nestlé campaigns across channels. The role involves collaborating with brand teams to implement email, push, and SMS campaigns and to monitor performance.

You will work in a hybrid environment in Braga/Lisbon (Portugal) with two office days per week, leveraging HTML/CSS skills and marketing automation to optimize journeys and deliver results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• Experience with email marketing tools (MailChimp, RDStation, E-Goi, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, etc.).
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Knowledge of Marketing Automation/Customer Journeys (a plus).
• Passion for Digital Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Create email, push notification and SMS campaigns based on defined strategy.
• HTML creation based on templates with revisions as needed.
• Implement database segmentation on email marketing tool.
• Design customer journeys per brand guidelines.
• Create A/B tests to improve engagement and deliverability.
• Monitor campaigns and prepare KPI reports.
• Ensure campaigns deliverability using best practices and KPI analysis.
• Build relationships with internal and international stakeholders.
