Job summary

Nestlé Business Solutions (NBS) in Lisbon/Braga, Portugal is seeking a Packaging Design Project Coordinator to support the end-to-end flow of packaging-related visuals for Innovation, Renovation or Normal projects.

You will drive D2D project management, coordinate with Brand Teams, Agency Partners and IMS Design Services, and ensure right-first-time delivery while maintaining Label Info templates and SAP records. Fluent English required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years experience managing the graphic chain of packaging design and/or artwork projects.
• Experience end-to-end packaging projects through to CGI development.
• Strong written and spoken English skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design or Communications preferred.
• Understanding of print production and color management a bonus.
• Experience with digital workflows, DAM, and document management.
• Proficient in Adobe Acrobat and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end D2D project management for marketing Brand(s)/Zone/Market(s).
• Coordinate with Brand Teams, Agency Partners and IMS Design Services.
• Orchestrate collection and dissemination of inputs via the D2D Workflow.
• Manage Label Info Specification and SAP Labelling records for brands.
• Maintain D2D and Label Info templates for efficient project execution.
• Escalate briefs not aligned with brand guidance.
• Support digital archiving of packaging assets in DAM and Brand Portals.
