Job summary

Stellantis Shared Services Portugal in Maia is seeking a Procure to Pay Analyst to join the team. You will manage the P2P process as the primary link between Retail, NSC, OEM entities, and suppliers.

The role emphasizes compliance, accurate reconciliations, cross‑functional collaboration, and driving efficiency through KPI analysis and process improvements. Fluent English and French are required, with SAP experience and a finance background.

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Payable, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Supplier Accounting, or a related Finance function, including supplier relationship management, reconciliations, and payment processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Alternatively, equivalent secondary education combined with relevant professional experience may be considered.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, Procure-to-Pay processes, and related internal controls.
• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP, and ability to perform account reconciliations and investigate financial discrepancies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work accurately and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of finance policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Exposure to Record-to-Report processes, tax accounting concepts, or process improvement initiatives is considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
• Monitor supplier accounts, reconciliations, and payment activities to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely settlement of obligations.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies, billing issues, and supplier disputes while minimizing operational and financial risks.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure the efficient execution of Procure-to-Pay processes.
• Ensure compliance with procurement, payment, accounting, and internal control requirements across all activities.
• Analyze process performance, prepare KPI reports, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency within the Procure-to-Pay cycle.
• Support cross-functional alignment between Procurement, Logistics, Quality, and Finance teams to drive operational excellence.
