Neotalent Conclusion is seeking an OutSystems Tech Lead to join a major client. You will design architecture across a portfolio of OutSystems apps, lead delivery, and mentor a small autonomous team in a highly innovative AI-enabled environment.

You will influence technology choices, evaluate new patterns, and drive engineering excellence while working in a fully remote setting. Strong OutSystems and English skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of OutSystems development experience with at least 1 year in a Tech Lead role.
• Hands-on expertise with OutSystems ODC and O11 and solution architecture.
• Strong knowledge of architecture patterns, performance, and integrations.
• Experience with AI-augmented development tools and LLM integrations is a plus.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

• Design and implement technical architecture across a portfolio of OutSystems applications.
• Lead delivery of new applications, integrations, and capabilities with quality ownership.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a small, autonomous team.
