Qualificações

• 8–10 years of experience leading technical teams and delivering Expert Services in enterprise environments.
• Mastery of Agentic Development, including agent orchestration, memory management, tool-calling, and non-deterministic governance.
• Expertise in the OutSystems Agentic Platform and associated stacks (.NET, CSS, JS, SQL).
• Mastery of CI/CD lifecycles, feature toggling, and version control management for shared libraries and code.
• Strong communication with executive stakeholders and ability to influence strategic directions.
