Qualificações

• 7+ years of OutSystems experience with Traditional Web.
• Proven track record in technical leadership roles.
• Strong background in solution architecture and design.
• Experience with API integrations (REST and SOAP).
• Ability to work in complex technical environments.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical leadership to the OutSystems development team, ensuring consistency, best practices, and high-quality delivery.
• Design and validate robust and scalable solution architectures aligned with business requirements.
• Develop and maintain OutSystems applications with emphasis on external integrations (REST/SOAP).
• Mentor and support junior team members to promote knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
• Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of delivered solutions.

This role is suited for a senior professional with strong experience in technical leadership and solution architecture, who will play a critical role in delivering scalable, high-quality applications within a complex and demanding environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to the OutSystems development team, ensuring consistency, best practices, and high-quality delivery
• Design and validate robust and scalable solution architectures aligned with business requirements
• Develop and maintain OutSystems applications, with a strong focus on integrations with external systems (REST and SOAP APIs)
• Mentor and support junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
• Ensure the performance, scalability, and reliability of delivered solutions

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of experience with OutSystems (Traditional Web)
• Proven experience in Tech Lead or similar technical leadership roles
• Strong background in solution architecture and application design
• Solid experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, web services)
• Ability to work in complex technical environments
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Nice to Have

• OutSystems certifications (Associate, Professional, or Expert)
• Experience with OutSystems Developer Cloud (ODC)
