emagine is seeking a seasoned Tech Lead OutSystems to join a dynamic team delivering innovative digital solutions on the OutSystems platform. You will lead development teams, define technical architecture, and mentor engineers to ensure scalable enterprise applications.

This role blends hands-on leadership with team development, offering the chance to shape architecture, drive best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in a fully remote setting.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of software development experience with leadership exposure.
• Proven experience as Technical Lead, Lead Developer, or Senior OutSystems Developer.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, integration patterns, and application lifecycle management.
• Fluent English communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications built on the OutSystems platform.
• Define technical architecture and ensure alignment with business and technology strategies.
• Guide and mentor developers, promoting best practices and high-quality development standards.
• Review code for performance, security, and scalability requirements.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Support the full software development lifecycle, including estimation, planning, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the evolution of development processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
