Qualificações

• 8+ years in software engineering with enterprise experience.
• Proven track record architecting global, multi-stream programs.
• Expert-level knowledge of agentic architectures and platform stacks.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical governance for high-complexity programs and ensure security, performance, and architecture adherence.
• Define playbooks for development productivity and automated delivery strategies.
• Lead technical discovery and align stakeholders with future-proofed roadmaps.
• Establish global standards for prompt engineering and AI-native best practices.
• Coach and enable customer/partner tech leads across large platform ecosystems.
• Conduct system audits and architectural health assessments with actionable recommendations.
