What will be your role

You will serve as an experienced OutSystems Tech Lead for a prestigious client in the energy sector. Your responsibilities include guiding technical teams, ensuring best practices throughout the OutSystems application lifecycle, and upholding quality standards for all deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support technical teams throughout the OutSystems application lifecycle, aligning work with architectural and business goals.
• Define and validate technical analyses, provide guidance on best practices, and troubleshoot issues.
• Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality, maintainability, and compliance with standards.
• Design and maintain reference architectures to support scalability, performance, and sustainability.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to manage workloads, priorities, and deliverables.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring transparency in technical decisions.
• Supervise development activities while empowering technical teams to take ownership of coding and implementation tasks.
• Demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to root‑cause analysis.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to achieve shared goals and integrate diverse perspectives.
