Job summary

inBeat Agency in Lisbon is seeking a driven outbound specialist to build our foundational outbound motion. You will generate qualified pipeline across multiple channels, including email, phone, and LinkedIn, while coordinating with webinars and events initiatives.

You will own and optimize outbound cadences, qualify leads, and hand off meetings to AEs with complete context, all while maintaining a clean CRM and working across flexible time zones.

Qualifications

• Experience running structured outbound across channels.
• Ability to manage multiple outbound motions without dropping any.
• Proficiency with sales engagement tools and CRM data hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Run structured, multi touch outbound cadences across email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate qualified pipeline.
• Target procurement stakeholders and drive outbound opportunities.
• Drive webinars and events outreach, invite prospects, and convert interest into meetings.
• Build outbound sequences for target accounts beyond procurement/webinar motions.
• Qualify leads and book meetings for the AE team with clean context.
• Keep CRM data accurate and up to date.
