YOUR ROLE

As an Outbound Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Contact current and potential customers by phone
• Present the benefits of available energy service packages
• Understand customer needs and communicate suitable solutions
• Handle customer questions and routine issues professionally
• Provide customer support through phone and digital channels when required
• Follow established procedures and quality standards
• Work towards customer acquisition and service objectives

TRAINING

You will receive comprehensive training before starting the role.

Training duration: 5 working days, 8 hours per day, followed by up to 5 working days of practical training.

Training includes:

• Team and workplace integration
• Training on relevant systems and software
• Comprehensive product and service training
• Customer management via phone, email and chat
• Practical training and independent application of acquired knowledge

Successful completion of the training leads to the employment contract.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Location: Porto, Portugal

Work model: On-site

Start date: 6 October

Working hours: 40 hours per week

Daily schedule: 8 working hours + 1-hour lunch break

Contract: Initial fixed-term arrangement with an expected duration of 12 months, extendable for another 12 months

Long-term progression: Permanent contract after 2 years, subject to the applicable conditions
