TRAINING

Full training is provided before you begin the role.

Training duration: 5 working days, 8 hours per day, followed by up to 5 working days of practical training.

Training covers the relevant systems, products and services, customer management processes, and practical application of the role.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Location: Lisbon, Portugal
• Work model: On-site
• Working hours: 40 hours per week
• Daily schedule: 8 working hours + 1-hour lunch break
• Contract: Initial fixed-term arrangement, with potential for extension and progression to a permanent contract

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

• To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must:
