Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in business/finance/accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing 30+ people in a BPO/SSC environment.
• Strong financial domain knowledge for PtP, OtC or RtR.
• Experience in managing performance against SLAs.
• Customer focus with ability to build stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; adaptable to a dynamic environment.

Aufgaben

• Manage the OtC service delivery on a day-to-day basis within budgets and SLAs.
• Monitor staff performance and implement improvement actions.
• Lead first line managers and create an engaging working environment.
• Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and service recipients.
• Drive continuous improvement and participate in group/global projects.
• Ensure processes comply with internal documentation and audits.
