Job summary

Eurofins is seeking an Operations Manager PtP (Accounts Payable) to oversee day-to-day service delivery within budgets and SLAs. You will lead first-line managers, monitor performance, and foster a continuous improvement culture across the PtP function.

The role requires strong financial acumen, stakeholder management, and English fluency in an international environment. Experience with TM1 or Coupa is a plus, and the candidate should thrive in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Master degree in Business/Finance/Accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in managing (30+ people) teams.
• Strong financial domain knowledge – PtP/OTC/RtR.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Experience with performance against SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Manage the service delivery in PtP, on a day-to-day basis within budgets and SLAs.
• Monitor staff performance and drive improvement actions.
• Lead group of first line managers and create a positive work environment.
• Manage relations with internal stakeholders and ensure escalation paths.
• Drive continuous improvement and participate in projects to meet targets.
