Eurofins Scientific is seeking a General Ledger and Reporting Team Leader to guide a dedicated ledger team in a growing SSC environment. This full-time role combines people leadership with process improvement, ensuring service delivery against SLAs and KPIs while maintaining high-quality financial reporting.

You will coach performance, drive continuous improvement, coordinate with multiple departments, and support transition projects.

Qualificações

• Experience in managing teams in a BPO/SSC environment, preferably in the general ledger area.
• Experience in managing performance against Service Level Agreements.
• Experience in managing relations with customers (internal or external).
• Openness to changes, continuous improvement mindset, proactive problem solving.
• Flexibility to balance a variety of tasks and priorities.
• Fluent English with excellent communication skills.
• High energy, drive and passion for the role.
• Master’s degree in Business/Finance/Accounting or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX is an asset.

• Support transition projects and other duties as required.

• Manage ageneral ledger team to ensure service delivery in accordance with the relevant SLAs and quality standards;

• Provide prompt and objective coaching in accomplishing goals, conduct performance reviews, be actively involved in recognition and employee development strategies;
• Identify inefficiencies in the process and participate in /drive process improvement projects;
• Implement continuous improvement culture within the team;
• Cooperate with various Eurofins departments and stakeholder management;
• Create friendly working environment which will attract and retain Talents;
• Support the Transition projects and all other duties as needed or required per business requirement.
