Cross Border Talents is seeking an Operations Customer Expert for the Polish Market to support drivers and transport logistics companies through phone and email in Polish and English. The role is based on-site in Porto, Portugal and covers tolls, road usage questions, and revenue collection.

The ideal candidate must have native Polish, fluent English (B2), a professional yet friendly attitude, and the ability to handle multiple customer interactions.

The client is a Portuguese company specializing in road infrastructure management, including assets and debt-related communication management, operation, maintenance and toll collection services. Together with your colleagues you will perform customer service activities through direct digital channels (mail and phone), both in Polish and English, supporting customers by clarifying questions and ensuring revenue collection, debt communication, and/or service sales.

Requirements

• Native-level Polish proficiency;


• Fluency in English; minimum B2;


• Comfortable handling multiple customer interactions over the phone and via e-mail;


• Professional, yet friendly attitude.

Location: Porto, Portugal
Work model: On site
Schedule: 40 Hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) on a rotational shift pattern 24/7
Remuneration: €998 gross per month, paid in 14 instalments, which is approximately €1,164 gross per month when averaged over 12 months

Salary + perks total: €1,318 gross
Annual leave: 22 days
