Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking an Operations Customer Expert to deliver high-quality, reactive technical and operational support to individual consumers and business users across multiple channels.

You will handle billing inquiries, troubleshoot login issues, and guide customers on using products and services, all while upholding exceptional service standards. The role requires English fluency, 40-hour weekly rotating shifts, and valid Portugal/EU work authorization.

In this role, you will deliver high-quality, reactive technical and operational support to individual consumers and business users across multiple communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Support customers with billing, subscriptions, and invoicing inquiries.
• Troubleshoot account access and authentication issues.
• Guide, train, and assist customers on optimizing their use of products and platform services.
• Deliver exceptional service standards that consistently meet or exceed quality targets.
• Provide timely, accurate, and useful solutions to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary & Allowances: €1,320.67 gross monthly fixed salary (includes base salary, monthly split Christmas/Holiday allowances, and €7.00/day meal card).
• Performance Bonus: Monthly variable productivity bonus up to €200.00.
