We are seeking English speakers (C1 and higher, written and spoken) to join our client's team as enthusiastic Operations Customer Experts to support small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in expanding their digital presence on the worlds biggest social media platform. In this role, you will provide top-tier customer service across multiple channels, including chat, email, and phone, ensuring clients receive the best possible experience.
Location: Lisbon, Portugal (onsite role)
Employment Type: Full-time, 12-month contract with the possibility of a permanent contract after 2 years
Working shifts: a day shift (06.00 to 22.00, on a rotational 8 hour shift pattern) and a night shift is available (22.00 to 06.00).
