Velenosi&Meredith in Lisbon, Portugal, is hiring an Operations Customer Expert to provide professional support to consumers and business users in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

You’ll resolve issues, guide users on AI products, and ensure high-quality service while working a 24/7 rotating schedule under a Portuguese employment contract.

Qualificações

• C1/C2 English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer service/support experience is an advantage.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 rotating environment.
• Ability to manage multiple customer cases independently.
• Passion for technology and AI.
• Must be currently based in Portugal.

Responsabilidades

• Support customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Handle billing and invoicing enquiries.
• Troubleshoot account access issues.

Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Contract: Full-time | Portuguese Employment Contract
Schedule: 40 hours/week | 24/7 Rotating Shifts
Language: English – C1/C2

As an Operations Customer Expert, you’ll provide professional support to consumers and business users in a fast-paced, innovative environment, helping them resolve issues and get the most from the client's products.

What You'll Do

• Support customers via phone, email, and chat
• Handle billing and invoicing enquiries
• Troubleshoot account access issues
• Guide and support customers with the use of AI products
• Provide clear, timely, and helpful responses
• Deliver excellent customer service and meet quality standards
• Troubleshoot issues efficiently and elevate when required

Requirements

• C1/C2 English (written & spoken)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer service/support experience is an advantage
• Comfortable working in a 24/7 rotational environment
• Ability to manage multiple customer cases independently

• Must be currently based in Portugal

Salary & Benefits

Base Salary: €938 gross/month
Holiday Allowance: €78.17/month
Christmas Allowance: €78.17/month
Meal Allowance: €7/day (€154/month based on 22 working days)

Estimated monthly gross package: €1,248.33
Performance Bonus: up to €200/month

Training

15 working days | 8 hours/day
