About the Opportunity

We are looking for an English-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join an international team supporting users of a leading AI research and deployment company.

You will assist both consumers and business users of an advanced AI platform, helping them solve account, billing, product, and technical-related issues while delivering an excellent customer experience.

What You Will Do

• Support customers across multiple communication channels
• Assist with billing and invoicing-related questions
• Troubleshoot account access and product-related issues
• Guide customers on how to use the platform and its features
• Provide clear, accurate, and timely solutions
• Handle customer cases efficiently while meeting service and quality standards
• Work collaboratively within an international and multicultural support team

What We Are Looking For

• C1–C2 level English
• Previous experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Technical Support, Helpdesk, Customer Success, or a similar customer-facing role
• Comfortable working with technology and digital platforms
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to explain technical information clearly to customers
• Customer-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Available to work full-time on rotating day shifts between 07:00 and 22:00
• Currently based in Lisbon or able to work on-site in Lisbon
• EU citizenship or valid authorization to work in Portugal

Salary & Benefits

• Total monthly gross package: approximately €1,320.67
• Variable performance bonus: up to €200/month
