Your Mission

As an Operations Customer Expert, you'll help consumers and business users get the most from the client's AI platform.

You'll provide professional, efficient and thoughtful support across multiple channels, combining customer care, troubleshooting and product guidance in a fast-moving technology environment.

Your day-to-day work will include:

• Billing & invoicing: Help customers understand charges, payments and billing-related questions.
• Account support: Troubleshoot account access and login-related issues.
• Product guidance: Help users understand how to use the client's AI products effectively.
• Customer training: Guide and educate customers on product features and functionality.
• Multichannel support: Respond to customer requests through the available support channels.
• Problem solving: Investigate issues, identify solutions and provide clear next steps.
• Quality-focused service: Deliver accurate, timely and customer-focused responses while meeting quality standards.

Working Schedule

This is a 24/7 operation, so flexibility is essential.

• 40 hours per week
• 8 working hours per day
• Additional 1-hour lunch break
• Rotating shifts
• Work schedules are provided 10 days in advance
• Portuguese public holidays apply
• If you work on a Portuguese public holiday, you'll receive a compensation day, subject to project approval
• 22 days of annual leave according to Portuguese law

Training

Before going live, you'll receive dedicated project training to build your confidence with the products, processes and customer support approach.

• 15 working days
• 8 hours per day
• Training compensation: €18.56/day
• Selection for the employment phase takes place after successful completion of training

Performance bonus

Up to €200/month

• Holiday and Christmas allowances are paid monthly as a percentage of the base salary.
• Based on 22 working days and paid through a prepaid meal card. The meal allowance is exempt from Social Security and IRS contributions.

Performance bonus

You can earn up to €200/month in variable productivity bonus, depending on your monthly performance. The bonus is subject to taxation.

Contract Path

We want to be transparent about the hiring process.

• Selection Agreement – You'll sign an agreement covering the final recruitment/training phase.
• Successful training – Candidates selected after training move to an Employment Uncertain Term Contract, with a foreseeable duration of 12 months.
• Long-term opportunity – A permanent contract is possible after 2 years, subject to the applicable employment conditions.
