Cross Border Talents is seeking an Operations Customer Expert to deliver professional support to individual and business customers in an onsite, fast-paced AI environment. Fluent English is required, with a focus on efficient troubleshooting and clear communication across channels.

The role covers billing assistance, account inquiries, and product guidance, with full-time onsite hours, 40 hours per week, and a 12-month contract progression plan.

Operations Customer Expert

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support across multiple channels, troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently.
• Assist customers with billing, invoicing, and account-related matters.
• Troubleshoot account access and technical issues.
• Guide, support, and train customers on the use of the company's products.
• Deliver timely, accurate, and customer-focused responses.
• Maintain high service quality and meet customer satisfaction and quality targets.

Working Hours:

Project Coverage: 24/7

Night Shift: 22hr-7hr

Working Time: 8 hours per day + 1-hour lunch break

Weekly Hours: 40 hours per week

Schedule Notice: Work schedules are provided 10 days in advance.

Contract & Compensation:

Contract Type:Selection Agreement

Daily Allowance: €18.56

Weekly Allowance: €92.80 (5 working days)

Base Salary: €938.00 gross/month

Holiday Allowance: €78.17/month

Christmas Allowance:€78.17/month

Meal Allowance:€154.00/month (€7.00 per working day)

Estimated Monthly Gross Salary: €1,248.33

Variable Bonus: Up to €200/month

Recruitment & Contract Progression

• Candidates will sign a Selection Agreement to manage the final phase of recruitment, including training.
• If selected at the end of the training, candidates will sign an Employment Uncertain Term Contract with a foreseeable duration of 12 months.
• A permanent contract will be offered after 2 years subject to the applicable conditions.
• Private health and dental insurance will be provided after signing the employment contract, provided you already have a NIF and Social Security number.

Meal Allowance

• The meal allowance is paid through a prepaid meal card.
• The meal allowance is exempt from Social Security and IRS contributions.

Documentation Required: EU Passport OR Valid Portuguese Residence Permit.
