Cross Border Talents in Porto, Portugal, seeks an Operations Business Unit Manager to lead the scope's teams, drive operational efficiency and client satisfaction. You will oversee service delivery, HR, and staff well-being while managing budgets and KPIs to meet business goals in a hybrid work setting.

Advanced degree holders with proven management experience are invited, with a preference for multilingual candidates.

Qualificações

Advanced degree with proven management experience in complex, fast-paced companies.
B2 level in French and English; other languages are a plus.
Knowledge of service delivery, KPIs and budget monitoring.

Responsabilidades

Support managers in deployment of clients' and Cardif Support roadmaps.
Support Operations team leaders for service delivery aligned with KPIs and SLAs.
Ensure activity and performance monitoring, recruitment, allocation, and scheduling of resources.
Lead and manage staff to ensure engagement toward objectives.
Promote corporate values and ensure a respectful, dignified work environment and staff wellbeing.
Contribute to continuous improvement and transformation strategy with strong leadership in change management.
