GuestReady is seeking an Operations Associate for Lisbon (Temporary). Based in Lisbon with flexibility to work weekends and shifts, you will support daily hospitality operations, manage guest communications, and coordinate with Maintenance and Housekeeping teams to ensure high standards of service.

You will work with an international team in a fast-paced environment, leveraging our tools to optimize guest experiences and internal workflows.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).

Responsabilidades

• Build strong, trust-based relationships with guests.
• Support daily operations across departments such as Maintenance and Housekeeping.
• Manage reservations, guest communications, and daily operational tasks.
• Use PMS and internal tools to coordinate and share information effectively.
• Carry out field work.
• Perform quality control and inspections.

Operations Associate - Lisbon (Temporary)

Contract details

• Temporary contract
• You will be employed by a temporary employment agency (staffing agency) and assigned to work at GuestReady
• This means that GuestReady will be your host company, but your employment contract will be with the temporary employment agency
• Based in Lisbon, with flexibility to work weekends and shifts
• On-site role

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written)
• Based in Lisbon, with flexibility to work weekends and shifts
• Experience in hospitality, reception, or tourism
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure
• Guest-centric approach with excellent people skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
