Qualificações

• Fluent in Portuguese and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience in hospitality, reception or tourism.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to learn quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Build strong, trust-based relationships with guests.
• Support daily operations across Maintenance and Housekeeping.
• Manage reservations, guest communications and daily tasks.
• Use PMS and internal tools to coordinate and share information.

• Temporary contract

• You will beemployed by a temporary employment agency (staffing agency)and assigned to work atGuestReady

• This means thatGuestReady will be your host company, but your employment contract will be with the temporary employment agency

• Based in Lisbon, with flexibility to work weekends and shifts

• On-site role

What we’re looking for:

• Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written)
