GuestReady, a global leader in short-term rental management, is hiring an Operations Associate for our Lisbon on-site team. You will support daily operations, guest communications, and cross-department tasks in a fast-paced, international environment.

Fluency in Portuguese and English, strong hospitality mindset, and excellent organizational skills are essential for growth within our global operations and vibrant culture.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
• Based in Lisbon, with weekend shifts on-site.
• Experience in hospitality, reception, or tourism.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Guest-centric approach with excellent people skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Build strong, trust-based relationships with guests.
• Support daily operations across departments like Maintenance and Housekeeping.
• Manage reservations, guest communications, and daily operational tasks.
• Use our PMS and internal tools to coordinate and share information effectively.
• Field work.
• Quality Control & Inspections.
