GuestReady in Lisbon is seeking an Operations Associate to support daily hospitality operations in a hybrid role. You will build strong guest relationships and help coordinate reservations, maintenance, and housekeeping using our PMS and internal tools.

Based in Lisbon with flexibility for on-site work and potential weekend shifts, you will contribute to delivering exceptional stays and a smooth guest experience in a fast-growing, multicultural team environment.

Qualificações

• Fluency in Portuguese and English required (spoken and written).
• Based in Lisbon with ability to work on-site and potential weekend shifts.
• Experience in hospitality, reception, or tourism is preferred.
• Demonstrates strong problem-solving and stays calm under pressure.
• Keeps guests at the center of everything and delivers excellent service.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow.

Responsabilidades

• Build strong, trust-based relationships with guests.
• Support daily operations across departments like Maintenance and Housekeeping.
• Manage reservations, guest communications, and daily tasks.
