GuestReady in Porto is seeking a Freelance Meet & Greeter to welcome guests, assist with check-ins, and deliver essential items for properties managed in Porto.

As a self-employed role, you will coordinate with service providers, perform property quality checks, explain appliances and heating, troubleshoot minor issues, and ensure guests have a smooth, high-quality experience across our portfolio.

Qualificações

• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
• Friendly, professional and customer-focused.
• Own transportation (car or motorbike) is required.
• Detail-oriented with high quality standards.
• Comfortable with digital tools (Slack and internal systems).
• Flexible schedule; check-ins can happen any day between 11 AM and midnight.
