AXA is seeking an Operational Resilience Officer to support the implementation and enhancement of the group's Operational Resilience framework, focusing on cyber resilience and IT service continuity. You will work with the Global Technology Resilience Team and Crisis Management processes across the organization.
The role involves organizing tests, supporting Incident Management, and coordinating with Crisis Leaders. Fluency in English is required, with French considered a plus.

As a Operational Resilience Officer, your role will involve supporting the implementation and enhancement of the company's Operational Resilience framework, contributing to the management of the Crisis Management/Incident Management, Business Continuity Management, IT Resilience and IT Service Continuity Management processes, organizing controls, guidance and reporting, facilitating the execution of the exercises on all dimension of Operational Resilience, participating to Group Operational Resilience initiatives and working groups, as well as supporting the Crisis Leaders, coordinators and Crisis Management Team in case of crisis. You will be specifically in charge of activities related to Cyber Resilience and the maintenance in operational conditions of the solutions put in place to deal with cybersecurity-related crises.
This role covers a broad range of duties across operational resilience, crisis management, business continuity and IT service continuity.
Contribute to a consistent framework to systematically identify, measure, mitigate, report, monitor, and manage significant risks, including cybersecurity risks.
Support the implementation and strengthening of Operational Resilience strategies.
Assist the Global Technology Resilience Team in developing, revising, and executing Business Continuity and IT Services Continuity Plans and Solutions.
Maintain Operational Conditions of Global Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery and Cyber Recovery Plans to ensure readiness for crisis activation.
Participate in group initiatives and strategic programs linked to Operational Resilience.
Execute the Crisis Management Process and, as part of the yearly plan, organize tests and support the Incident Management team.
Ensure Incident Management Team follows agreed processes and plans during Crisis activations, with particular focus on Cyber Crisis incidents and threats.
Contribute to tests and exercises for Business Continuity (BC) Management to ensure responses remain operational.
Support the alignment between Business Impact analysis and IT Service Continuity and cyber responses.
Follow up the responsiveness of critical IT systems by consolidating information on solution implementation, plans, tests, maturity level, and ownership.
Track remediation actions identified during transversal controls and test execution, ensuring resolution.
Serve as main point of contact for Cyber Resilience activity execution within the Global Technology Resilience Team.
About 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
General understanding of Business Continuity Management lifecycle, IT Operations, and IT Continuity Service Management.
General understanding of Group Operational Resilience processes and tools.
Experience and knowledge of Cyber Defense mechanisms.
Experience and knowledge of IT Operations and IT Continuity Service Management.
General understanding of a product-based organization.

You will join the Global Service Operations Department within the Group Technology Operations (GTO) Division. This department manages day-to-day IT service delivery for AXA globally, partnering with Group Operations (GO) Global Products Departments, AXA Entities and external suppliers, in accordance with GO IT Operations Framework, contract requirements, SLAs (Service Level Agreements), OLAs (Operational Level Agreements), and Security Instructions.
