About the Job

Are you passionate about ensuring Operational Resilience in a dynamic and challenging environment? Join our team as a Technology Resilience Lead and play a crucial role in upholding our organization’s resilience framework. As a Technology Resilience Lead, you will have the opportunity to be a referent and systematically identify, measure, mitigate, report, monitor, and manage the most significant risks. Your contributions will be instrumental in implementing and strengthening our Operational Resilience strategies, solutions, and plans.

Position Mission & Main Activities

Have knowledge, understanding and experience to execute tasks according to the Operational Resilience Framework. Understand and challenge Business Continuity, IT Resilience and Security solutions. Know the relationship between IT Service Continuity with Business Continuity Management and manage consequences of Operational Risks. Understand impact of local regulation on IT Resilience in the geographical area Americas.

Responsibilities

• Lead and be a referent within your geographical area to ensure a consistent framework that systematically identifies, measures, mitigates, reports, monitors, and manages the most significant risks.
• Ensure Resilience Governance with Americas entities to deliver expected value.
• Contribute to the implementation and strengthening of Operational Resilience strategies, plans, and solutions.
• Support the Global Technology Resilience Team in developing, revising, and executing Business Continuity and IT Services Continuity Plans and Solutions.
• Maintain operational readiness of Global Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans, ensuring activation readiness in case of crisis.
• Participate in group initiatives and strategic programs linked to Operational Resilience.
• Act as a technical referent in Crisis Management / Incident Management, including organization of tests and support during critical incidents.
• Contribute to the design, description, and testing of Business Continuity strategies and solutions, ensuring operational responses remain maintained.
• Support Business Impact Alignment with IT Service Continuity and oversee readiness of critical IT systems for disaster scenarios.
• Follow up on remediation actions identified in transverse controls and resolve them within your geographical area and technical expertise.
• Support the Operational Resilience Officer in addressing entity requests within your technical domain.
