Qualificações

• General understanding of Business Continuity Management lifecycle.
• Experience and knowledge of IT Operations and IT Continuity Service Management.

• Lead and be a referent to manage significant risks.
• Ensure Resilience Governance with Americas entities.
• Contribute to implementation of Operational Resilience strategies.
• Maintain operational readiness of Business Continuity Plans.
