• Experience in Banking, Strategic Consulting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Operational Excellence, or Project Management.
• Proven experience supporting business management, governance, transformation, or strategic initiatives.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is mandatory; Power BI dashboards are required.
• Strong PowerPoint skills and ability to create clear, concise executive presentations.

Business Management Officer

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Business Management Officer to join an international project within the financial services sector.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills who are passionate about transformation, governance, and operational excellence within a dynamic and international environment.

What You Will Do on a Daily Basis

• Support and drive organizational transformation initiatives
• Manage and monitor workforce planning and resource evolution strategies
• Conduct gap analyses and support strategic staffing decisions
• Coordinate governance activities and facilitate steering meetings
• Monitor progress, budgets, savings, and resource allocation indicators
• Produce reports and performance dashboards to support management decision-making
• Develop analytical insights on operational and strategic business topics
• Prepare executive-level presentations and governance materials
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and organizational efficiency
• Manage and contribute to transformation and continuous improvement projects
• Consolidate reporting activities and ensure alignment with organizational objectives
• Support knowledge management and collaboration initiatives
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders in an international environment
• Ensure high-quality reporting standards and governance practices
• Actively contribute to operational excellence and organizational development initiatives

Your Main Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Previous experience in Banking, Strategic Consulting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Operational Excellence, Process Improvement, Project Management, or similar environments
• Proven experience supporting business management, governance, transformation, or strategic initiatives
• Experience in organizational change management or workforce planning is considered a plus
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is mandatory
• Experience developing dashboards and reports using Power BI is mandatory
• Strong PowerPoint skills and ability to create clear, concise, and impactful presentations is mandatory
• Knowledge of SharePoint is a plus
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Fluency in English (C1 minimum) is mandatory

French is a plus
