AXA Group is seeking a resilience champion to drive robust operational frameworks and safeguard IT service continuity. You will lead critical incident response and support the Global Technology Operations resilience agenda.

We value proactive problem-solvers fluent in English with strong communication and stakeholder management skills, ready to work within AXA’s Global Service Operations and IT resiliency teams.

Qualificações

• Strong understanding of Business Continuity Management lifecycle and IT Operations.
• Experience with IT Operations and IT Continuity Service Management.
• Familiarity with Group Operational Resilience processes and tools.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain Operational Resilience framework, identifying and mitigating top risks.
• Support Crisis Management processes, organizing tests and assisting Incident Management during activations.
• Organize tests and exercises for Business Continuity and align IT Service Continuity with business needs.
• Consolidate information on critical IT systems' disaster readiness and drive remediation actions within the area.
• Act as IT Service Continuity Officer coordinating with AXA entities the GTR team serves.
