The main responsibility of IT Continuity Analyst is to manage the IT Continuity and the IT Resilience of Wealth Management (WM) IT assets.

The incumbent will work hand in hand with the IT Development teams and IT Production teams as an enabler and a facilitator. More globally, the incumbent will work closely with Wealth Management ICRO (IT Continuity & Resilience Officer).

Within Wealth Management (WM), the incumbent will have the following missions:

• Ensure IT resilience comes by design when building applications and is operating effectively during application life cycle
• Assist WM ICRO with the need to raise WM maturity in its IT resilience capabilities
• Maintain Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) related to IT Continuity

Main Tasks:

• Ensure IT resilience comes by design when building applications and is operating effectively during application life cycle
• Assist Business and IT teams with understanding the IT Continuity needs of their Business Applications and IT Services, whether they are hosted on premises or off premises
• Analyze the IT architecture designed for Applications in project phase, from IT resilience perspective, to make sure the technical architecture aligns with the IT recovery objectives
• Analyze agreements with third party providers (if any) to make sure they align with recovery needs of the benefiting business team
• For each Application and IT service, during their life cycle, make sure disaster recovery testing strategies reflect accurately the disaster scenario they intend to cover
• Identify gaps during project and application lifecycles, define remediation plans and monitor their implementation
• Assist WM ICRO with the need to raise WM maturity in its IT resilience capabilities
• Define and maintain a global DR Plan to make sure that the recovery of applications will happen in a consistent chronological order in case of a disaster impacting partly a hosting geography
• Regulatory watch / Emerging technologies / Group framework evolution to anticipate necessary changes within WM IT governance and processes
• Train and support IT teams with change management
• Assist with the deployment of new tools released by Group for the industrialization of IT resilience capabilities
• Maintain Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) related to IT Continuity
• Build metrics and provide qualitative analysis for decision makers
• Build presentation material on IT resilience for governance committees
• Make sure of data completeness and data quality in GRC tools on IT resilience subject matters
• Perform risk assessment whenever a business application targets a go-live with non-conformities from IT resilience perspective
• Assist with internal or external audits, and coordinate the closure of recommendations issued by auditing bodies on IT resilience

Technical Skills:

• Certification (not mandatory but strongly recommended): CCRP, CRISC, ISO 22301, ISO 27001
