Job summary

AXA Group Operations is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead multiple infrastructure-focused projects across local, regional, and global scopes. You will define scope, plan budgets, and drive delivery with a focus on minimal operational impact.

You will coordinate resources, manage risks, and report progress to executives while ensuring alignment with AXA standards. Strong English, vendor mgmt, and formal certifications are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT project management on mid-large scale projects.
• Fluent professional English, written and spoken.
• PMP or Prince2 certification or equivalent, with Agile delivery experience.
• Strong communication skills with executives and end-users.
• Experience delivering concurrent projects and managing budgets and risks.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more concurrent IT infrastructure projects across local, regional or global scopes.
• Define, document and manage project scope, objectives, plans and budgets.
• Develop and maintain project plans, forecasts and executive status reports.
• Coordinate resources, manage risks and dependencies, and drive delivery to production with minimal service impact.
• Prepare SOWs for vendors, manage third-party engagements and ensure proper handover to BAU.
• Chair project meetings and establish formal communications plans.
