IT TECHNICAL SUPPORT TECHNICIAN

We are looking for a IT Technical Support Technician (Helpdesk) to provide end-user IT support within a large-scale environment supporting. This role is focused on delivering high-quality desktop support services, ensuring efficient provisioning of hardware, software, and IT tools while maintaining a secure, stable, and user-oriented IT environment. This is a 100% onsite position based in Lisbon, requiring close collaboration with local and global teams to ensure service excellence and continuous operational support.

What We Will Do On a Daily Basis

• Provide first and second-line desktop support for hardware, software, operating systems, and business applications.
• Act as the primary point of contact for technical incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution and user satisfaction.
• Deploy, configure, support, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, audio-visual equipment, and telecommunications devices.
• Manage incidents and requests through ITSM tools while ensuring service levels and operational procedures are respected.
• Support Windows, MacOS, iOS, networking, Wi‑Fi connectivity, printing solutions, and application installations throughout the device lifecycle.

Your Key Skills

• Desktop support expertise (Level 1 & Level 2) across hardware and software environments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, MacOS, Microsoft Office, messaging platforms, and mobile devices.
• Experience with ITSM ticketing tools and incident/request management processes.
• Excellent customer service orientation with effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.

Your Main Qualifications

• Previous experience in IT Technical Support / Helpdesk roles within medium or large-scale environments.
• Practical experience supporting Windows, MacOS, iOS devices, desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile technologies.
• Experience working with service management tools and handling incidents, requests, and asset inventories.
• Experience within banking or financial sector environments is highly valued.
• Fluency in English (Expert level).
