Axians Portugal is seeking an IT Technical Support Technician (Helpdesk) to deliver end-user IT support in a large-scale, 100% onsite environment based in Lisbon. You will ensure secure, stable IT operations and collaborate with local and global teams to uphold service excellence.

Qualificações

• Experience in IT Technical Support / Helpdesk roles within medium or large-scale environments.
• Practical experience supporting Windows, MacOS, iOS devices, desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile technologies.
• Experience working with service management tools and handling incidents, requests, and asset inventories.
• Fluency in English (Expert level).

Responsabilidades

• Provide first and second-line desktop support for hardware, software, operating systems, and business applications.
• Act as the primary point of contact for technical incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution and user satisfaction.
• Deploy, configure, support, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, audio-visual equipment, and telecommunications devices.
• Manage incidents and requests through ITSM tools while ensuring service levels and operational procedures are respected.
• Support Windows, MacOS, iOS devices, networking, Wi‑Fi connectivity, printing solutions, and application installations throughout the device lifecycle.
