You will provide technical assistance to clients, resolve hardware and software issues, and perform routine maintenance on systems and printers. Qualificações

• Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role.
• Proficient in troubleshooting software, hardware, and network issues.
• Knowledge of Windows and Mac OS.

We are in search of a skilled and reliable Part-Time Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Porto. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients, resolving any hardware or software issues they may encounter. This is a part-time position with flexible hours.

• Troubleshoot and resolve computer hardware and software issues
• Install and configure computer systems, printers, and other peripherals
• Perform routine maintenance on computers and network systems
• Provide remote or on-site technical support to clients
• Train clients on how to use various computer programs and applications
• Document all support activities and maintain accurate records of client interactions

• Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
• Proficient in troubleshooting software, hardware, and network issues
• Knowledge of operating systems, such as Windows and Mac OS
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary: 1100$ per month (based on experience)

Location: Porto, Portugal (local candidates preferred)

Type: Part-time (flexible hours)

Note: This is not a remote position. The candidate must have their own visa to work in Portugal. Accommodation will not be provided.
