Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in an IT management role.
• Strong knowledge of network security protocols and best practices.
• Experience with server administration Windows or Linux.
• Proficiency in managing various operating systems Windows 10 and macOS.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage a team effectively.
• Good communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-tech individuals.

As an IT Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the technology infrastructure and systems of our company in Porto Your primary focus will be to ensure the smooth operation of our IT functions including network security hardware and software maintenance and user support You will also be responsible for managing a team of IT professionals and working closely with other departments to identify and implement technology solutions that meet our business needs

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT strategies and policies that align with the companys goals
• Manage and maintain all hardware and software systems including servers networks computers printers etc
• Ensure the security of our systems by implementing appropriate measures and protocols
• Provide technical support to employees for all IT-related issues
• Coordinate with vendors for purchasing hardware software and services as needed
• Lead a team of IT professionals and provide guidance on projects and daily tasks
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
• Stay updated on new technologies and make recommendations for their integration into our operations

Requirements
