Job summary

CBRE Portugal is seeking a Field Technical Support Engineer to join our Digital & Technology team. You will be the first point of contact for IT Service Desk incidents, providing deskside and end-user support to employees across Lisbon and Porto.

You will resolve day-to-day IT issues, manage tickets, and work with the regional D&T team to test and roll out new solutions, while maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced office environment.

Qualifications

2–3 years of Field Support/Deskside experience.
Strong knowledge of desktop deployments and peripherals.
Experience with Windows 11 environments.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Experience troubleshooting software/hardware issues.
Experience supporting mobile devices (iPads, iPhones, Android).
Printer and general printer troubleshooting experience.
Experience supporting meeting room AV and setups.
Basic networking fundamentals; Exposure to Active Directory.
Fluent Portuguese and English.
Knowledge of ITIL, MCDST, MSA, CompTIA A+ or Network+ is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide deskside and end-user technology support, resolving day-to-day IT issues with minimal business disruption.
Investigate and resolve end-user problems escalated through the IT Service Desk.
Troubleshoot hardware and software incidents logged through ServiceNow.
Manage assigned tickets to meet SLAs and maintain ticket notes.
Communicate status of tickets regularly to end users.
Recommend hardware/peripheral and software improvements.
Carry out daily checks on printers and AV equipment to ensure uptime.
Assist with meeting room setups for internal and client events.
Collaborate with the EMEA D&T team on testing, installation and rollout of solutions.
