Advance Global It Support (Agits) seeks a Deskside Technician - End User Computing to provide on-site support, perform troubleshooting, repair and preventative maintenance of EUC equipment at corporate locations in Lisbon.

The role requires resolving incidents within SLAs, assisting users with LAN/WAN access, printers, and mobile devices, and delivering VIP support across desktop, display, and peripheral systems. Excellent communication with teams and customers is essential.

Qualificações

• Experience in onsite end-user computing support is a plus.
• Ability to resolve incidents within defined SLAs.

Responsabilidades

• Provide onsite support to Authorized Users with operational and technical support to meet SLAs.
• Resolve incidents and problems related to EUC equipment.
• Perform reactive troubleshooting to identify potential incidents and prevent recurrence.
• Assist users with connecting to corporate network, LAN, WAN, and printer/file services.
• Repair and maintenance for mobile devices and EUC equipment.
• Install, upgrade and repair desktops, laptops, monitors and peripherals.
• Provide network printer/scanner connectivity and configuration support.
• Offer VIP support for desktop and mobile devices and related peripherals.
• Communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
