Ampstek in Porto, Portugal, is seeking an End User Computing (EUC) Deskside Support Engineer to join our client-based IT team. This on-site role focuses on delivering frontline support for hardware and software, Windows OS, and Microsoft 365, at the client's office.

You will coordinate with Network and Data Center groups, manage DaaS lifecycle and VIP user issues, and document incidents in the ITSM system to ensure swift resolution and high customer satisfaction.

Qualificações

• 3–4 years of EUC/deskside support experience
• Experience administering Windows 10/11
• DaaS lifecycle management experience
• VIP user support experience (high priority)

Responsabilidades

• Provide end-user and deskside support for hardware and software issues.
• Support Windows OS and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Manage IT support activities at the client location.
• Handle VIP user support and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot conference room devices, projectors, and meeting room facilities.
• Coordinate with Network and Data Center teams for issue resolution.
• Record and track incidents and service requests in the ITSM tool.
• Manage device provisioning, replacement, and DaaS lifecycle activities.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (8x5)

Employment Contract.

Mandatory Skills: Experience: 3-4 Years

• Windows 10 & Windows 11 Administration and Troubleshooting
• Desktop/Laptop Hardware & Software Troubleshooting
• Device as a Service (DaaS) Lifecycle Management
• Responsible for managing all IT requirements at the client’s office while serving as the primary representative of the Infosys support team. Also provides H&F support for other technical towers, including Network and Data Center.

Key Responsibilities:
